I created this community to bring you together with team members of small businesses who are committed to excellence.

Members who understand how their role impacts the team's performance, company culture, client experience, and industry standards.

I've held leadership positions for over 20 years in multiple industries and in non-profit organizations. Many times when we're promoted we lack the support needed to excel in our role and serve others well. 

Together we can change that by creating a support system. Join me as we share experiences so we can learn together to lead with excellence!
